1. Introduction
Memorial Blossom LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides grave cleaning services designed to maintain the dignity and appearance of final resting places. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which our services are offered. By purchasing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Our grave cleaning services are booked online through designated product pages on our website. Services may include light or deep cleaning of grave markers, removal of debris, and general beautification of the grave site. Offerings vary by package type, frequency, and grave size. For non-standard jobs or large-scale cleanings, custom quotes may be provided; the terms defined in such quotes shall supplement and become part of this agreement.
3. Eligibility & Definition of Client
For the purpose of these Terms, the Client refers to any individual or legal entity that purchases or requests grave cleaning services from Memorial Blossom LLC. This includes, but is not limited to:

Immediate relatives of the deceased

Direct ancestors of the deceased

The cemetery where the remains are interred

Legal representatives of the deceased or their estate

Any individual or organization initiating a transaction for services via our website
By placing an order, the Client affirms they have the legal authority or consent to authorize cleaning services at the designated gravesite. Clients assume full responsibility for any legal issues or disputes arising from misrepresentation of authority.
Services are only available in the following Kentucky counties:
Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Henry, Trimble, and Bullitt.
4. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking page:

We aim to complete the service within one week of the preferred service start date submitted in the scheduling form. Inclement weather, holidays, or operational delays may affect this timeline.
5. Pricing & Payments

Prices vary based on the selected package and service duration.

All payments must be made online through our website. We do not accept cash, checks, or alternative payment methods.

Payment is due in full prior to service.

Refunds may be granted only if no service has yet been performed.

For long-term packages, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on services already rendered.

6. Access & Permissions

It is solely the Client’s responsibility to confirm that the cemetery permits third-party service providers.

Memorial Blossom LLC is not responsible for acquiring access permissions or verifying cemetery policies.

The Client assumes full liability for any legal consequences, including fines or trespassing claims resulting from unauthorized access.

Services will not be performed in temperatures below 40°F in order to protect the structural integrity of headstones.
7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate location details, including plot number, section, and GPS coordinates if available.

Ensure the site is safely accessible and free from physical obstructions or hazards.

Notify us in advance of any structural damage, fragile conditions, or safety concerns.

We reserve the right to decline service if a headstone or monument is visibly damaged or unstable.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to headstones, grave markers, or adjacent landscaping.

We do not assume responsibility for damage caused by aging, weathering, erosion, material decay, or other environmental factors.

Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to severe weather or natural events beyond our control.
9. Photographic Documentation

We take before-and-after photographs of the serviced gravesite for recordkeeping, service verification, and quality assurance.

Clients may opt-in to allow these photographs to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

All photographs are the property of Memorial Blossom LLC. Clients may request copies of these photos for personal use.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email or contact form.

If no service has yet been performed, cancellation and rescheduling are permitted without penalty.

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued for that appointment.
11. Termination of Service
Memorial Blossom LLC reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time, including but not limited to the following reasons:

Inaccessibility or unsafe conditions at the grave site

Failure to pay for services in full

Violations of cemetery rules or applicable laws

Any other reason deemed appropriate by Memorial Blossom LLC
Clients may cancel recurring or subscription-based services in accordance with Section 5 and Section 10.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

Clients will not receive individual notice of changes.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
